Reporting a problem

The most useful bug report answers three questions:

• Which tool were you using, and with what settings?
• What kind of file was it — format, rough size in MB, and where it came from (phone camera, screenshot, downloaded)?
• What happened, versus what you expected?

Note that we can't see the file you processed — it never left your device — so a description (or a non-sensitive sample file, if you're able to attach one) helps us reproduce the issue.

Suggesting a tool

The site grows by adding the small utilities people actually need. If you hit an image task that should have been one drag-and-drop but wasn't, tell us — the best tool ideas come from exactly that moment of friction.
